“Yesterday I had the best service I have ever experienced from AT&T. The manager, Josh, greeted my mother and I right when we walking and asked Ana M. to take care of phone upgrades. Ana is a rock star! She knew all about the different models the offered and help understand all the ins and outs that come with purchasing a new phone. And she did it all with kindness and a smile.
One of the most special things about the experience there was to see Ana, Josh and Jeremiah (the district manager) work as a team. Each member was willing to ask and answer questions not just for each customer that came in but they also show a willingness to help each other too.
Talk about night and day difference from coming to this store a few years back!

“I was unable to charge my IPhone with a regular charger. I had to use a standup charger and it was super inconvenient. I came in to CPR right before they closed and took care of me within a few minutes. Service was great and the workers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing.
