The whole front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Maddy is great—calm, patient, and good with the cats. It’s a huge relief knowing Max and Milo are in good hands every time we walk through the door.”

“I had a sick dog last week and wasn’t able to get into my regular vet despite the emergency status we were approaching. Community Pet Healthcare was able to get us scheduled and seen to diagnose and treat my dog on the same day with a follow up occurring three days later where additional treatment was administered and cleared the sickness.

Everyone on staff was friendly, patient, and spent the time necessary to discuss options for diagnosis and treatment.

“Highly recommend the VCA Eagle Park! We have tried several other veterinarians in the Indy and Zionsville area and this location blows all the others out of the water. Not only is the entire staff extremely friendly but they are all very knowledgeable and no matter what put your pet’s health and wellness as #1. I have been astonished by the level of care and service by everyone in the office. From the office staff checking us in and answering the phones, to the vet techs, to the veterinarians. This is the first time I feel confident in the level of care my pet is receiving. Special thank you to Dr. V, Dr. Grasee, and the entire staff who has helped our 9 month old basset hound puppy through so much over the last couple of weeks. “Unfortunately, they seem to be primarily focused on their fees. I've been going here for over two years since moving to Whitestown with my two dogs.
We were not concerned about the cost of each visit, even though other veterinarians' fees are considerably lower in the surrounding area. We also took their recommendations for a German Shepherd surgeon and followed up with them for physicals for the surgeon and physical therapist.
Today's visit highlights a concern about the clinic's focus on fees. We took our Saint Bernard for his annual checkup and required vaccinations, and the clinic also checked his ears.Twenty minutes into the visit, they claimed they couldn't do anything today, he's being to uncooperative no vitals, no ear cleaning, even though there was a suspected ear infection. No meds were offered. Just a $75.00 fee for what?

I am now looking for a new veterinarian who prioritizes the health and well-being of my dogs rather than just fees.
The sad thing we actually liked our regular doctors that originally cared for our fur family.
The Manager reached out, was very understanding and apologetic, and we reached an agreement regarding which doctor will be seeing our pets.”
