“I had extensive damage to my vehicle due to it being in an accident. The car was taken to Gerber Collision & Glass in Cedar Lake on the advice of my insurance agency. Gerber did an excellent job on my car. Alene called me immediately upon arrival of my vehicle. She explained everything to me which I very much appreciated. she explained what would be happening the entire time. She was absolutely wonderful. Scott at this location called me with updates twice a week. I knew exactly what was happening. He was great. The car was done on time and it was perfect. Their team and painter who fixed my car did such an amazing job. They truly are a talented team. You cannot tell at all that anything was fixed on my car. I appreciate this business and I would use them again with no hesitation!”

“Recently I sustained damage to my Genesis GV70 and the Genesis dealer recommended Govert Auto Body. I was impressed with how thorough they were in assessing the damage and quickly giving me a estimate. I dropped my car off and a few days later my car was ready. The repair was such that I was unable to see where the damage was. The paint job was par excellence. I relayed my impression back to the dealer.

“Trace is the only place I trust and take our vehicles. Most recently I had to have my Acura RDX towed from Chicago back home to Lowell. Trace stayed for me to arrive as my eta was 5:00pm, their closing time. As has always been our experience with them, they fixed my issue in an extremely timely manner and also at an acceptable rate.
They are friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I am so thankful to have them just a few minutes away. I recommend them to everyone.”

I dropped my car off and next week. I ended up in the hospital for a month. Misty and summer could not have been more accommodating. They actually came and picked up the rental car for me and they also dropped off my car when it was done with it repairs
Talk about a place that really cares and supports their customers. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
