Auto Design Collision Center, Inc. is a top-rated auto body repair shop in NWI where quality is standard, not an option. The shop is known for its fantastic service, communication, execution, timeliness, and friendliness. Customers report that repairs are done on time and look great, with cars often returned looking better than before the accident, detailed and washed inside and out. The staff is helpful, professional, and thorough, guiding clients through the insurance process and providing clear communication every step of the way. The business stands out for going the extra mile. They consult customers on repair decisions instead of making them unilaterally and handle all arrangements, including rental cars. They are honest, thoughtful, and take even minor or unrelated touch-ups seriously. The shop is well-run, with mechanics taking their time to ensure everything is done correctly. For many, it is the only shop they will use after past negative experiences elsewhere, appreciating the care taken with every vehicle, regardless of its age or sentimental value. The overall experience is consistently described as terrific, with the highest recommendations for customer service and quality repair work.
