“I often stop at this location as it is the most convenient. I stopped in to return Amazon purchases. One of the purchases (unbeknownst to me) was a customer packed return. The manager was working and helped me package the whole thing! She definitely went above and beyond as I struggled getting everything in the box. Thank you!”

“The UPS Store located off of Commercial Ave. (Deanna Dr.) in Lowell, IN is a very busy franchise in our town. It is conveniently located but since (regularly visited by locals) can be difficult to maneuver in the allocated parking area. The parking is limited and there are “bumps & bruises” or potholes leading to the street (Deanna Dr.) Many cars access the strip mall area (North) leading from busy stores ie. grocery franchise, restaurants, health club & bank etc., leading past the UPS Store. This makes parking, running into UPS & exiting a challenge especially during the peak daytime hours. That said the store is run efficiently & the employee’s helpful, courteous & friendly. The store is very clean & wait time low. There is a self scanner should you need to simply drop off a return. It will print out a label to affix to package & produce your receipt simply & quickly. You can purchase boxes, labels & other mailing accessories as well. The store is open on Sunday with limited hours which is a perk & closed on holidays. I am not affiliated with UPS this my own personal experience & review.”
