Deyana helped me to understand which shipping method would be most effective to facilitate the timely delivery of key documents ahead of a scheduled hearing. She also provided the correct envelopes that would protect multiple copies of my 165-page document package, and she did it all with a smile first thing in the morning right after opening the store by herself. I have utilized services at FedEx stores in Chicago as well as other urban and suburban locations. Nothing beats the efficient, compassionate, in-person service here at the Merrillville, IN federal Express. Thank you, Rich for your leadership, and to Deyana for your excellent service.”
