“I want to give a plug to Mike and this business. I really think he went above and beyond to provide my service. I ended up being in there for about 20 minutes while he worked with me. I was ready to give him some more money but he still only charged me the initial fee of $10. Tremendously helpful.”

“Best UPS Store in NWI hands down. I've been to all of the UPS stores, and I can tell you it's way better than all of the others. The employees are super helpful. The owner is awesome. They're efficient, fast and friendly. I don't know how this place doesn't have a full 5/5 stars.”

“UPDATE on 4/14/26: I a phenomenal experience here with service professional, Deyana. Deyana helped me to understand which shipping method would be most effective to facilitate the timely delivery of key documents ahead of a scheduled hearing. She also provided the correct envelopes that would protect multiple copies of my 165-page document package, and she did it all with a smile first thing in the morning right after opening the store by herself. I have utilized services at FedEx stores in Chicago as well as other urban and suburban locations. Nothing beats the efficient, compassionate, in-person service here at the Merrillville, IN federal Express. Thank you, Rich for your leadership, and to Deyana for your excellent service.”
