Had some damage from a person hitting my car in a parking lot plus a couple of other dents and they fixed everything! Car looked wonderful, neat and clean inside and outside. “They didn't have all the parts I needed to fix my fuel tank but, did have some of them. The website said they had the parts but, once I got to the store the guy behind the counter said they didn't have it. I had to run all over town to find what I needed. The crew who work here are very nice and friendly!”

“Good morning. I am writing to inform you about the outstanding service and experience I received this weekend from your store in Richmond Indiana. George, Jeff, and Josh went way above and beyond to assist me in a great time of need.
My wife and I are over the road truck drivers and our truck broke down and needed new batteries. The shop at the Petro we were at would not assist us, the closest auto parts a Napa would not help so I called your store. Immediately, George found a way to say yes instead of no. I needed some tools and 4 batteries. He took my card information over the phone, delivered the tools, 2 batteries that he had in stock, and arranged to have me the other 2 from another location and delivered those earlier than promised.
Never at anytime did he have a hesitation or uncertainty about helping in his voice. Jeff was very friendly and eager to help, and though I did not deal with Josh directly he was the manager on duty when it came time to deliver the other 2 batteries and made sure it was taken care of.

“Walmart Auto Center in Richmond Indiana takes very good of customers. I recently had 4 new tires and they were very thorough getting my tires mounted and balanced. (It was helpful having an appointment scheduled in advance). Today my car battery was dead this morning. Fortunately my husband was able to get it started so I called the auto center to verify they could install a new battery for me. They said to bring it and they would take care of it.....no appointment needed. I highly recommend Richmond Walmart's Auto Care Center.”
