“They wouldn't come down our driveway because we had snow on it. So, I went to the hub to pick up our package and had to wait in the parking lot for over 2 hours to get it. The people who work here were super nice and friendly. Sure would have been nice if the driver had called me and I could have met them at the end of our driveway! That would have saved me a ton of time and frustration. But, I did get my package, and I appreciate that.”
