About UPS Customer Center

UPS Customer Center in CENTERVILLE is a self-service location where customers can drop off pre-packaged shipments, create new shipments using a kiosk, print mobile shipping labels, and access Hold for Pick Up services. Despite some frustrations with package delivery, many customers appreciate the friendly staff and the overall atmosphere of the center. Some reviews mention a need for more enthusiasm and better customer engagement from the employees. One standout employee, a UPS carrier in Richmond, was praised for his hard work and problem-solving abilities. Overall, the center provides essential shipping services but could enhance the customer experience with a more welcoming approach.
