The employees, especially the one with purple hair, really need to work on their customer service. Non-friendly people selling one single empty box for $24.99 is not a good experience and does not make me want to use UPS over competitors. If you don’t like people, don’t work a people forward facing job. Do better...

The lady working was the only one there today and even though she had a demanding customer she handled the situation so well. She didn’t even raise her voice just calmly explaining how the process worked. I was very impressed with her professionalism while I waited my turn. I always have a good experience here.
