They wouldn't come down our driveway because we had snow on it. So, I went to the hub to pick up our package and had to wait in the parking lot for over 2 hours to get it. The people who work here were super nice and friendly. Sure would have been nice if the driver had called me and I could have met them at the end of our driveway! That would have saved me a ton of time and frustration. But, I did get my package, and I appreciate that.

Why is my package just sitting there? The tracking hasn't changed since September 27th.. it seems to always happen in these ups hubs in small towns.

The ETA of the package was showing between 11 to 3 tracked it on the map when it was out for delivery. When checking the tracking my package was less than a mile away from me where the driver was sitting idle for over two hours and now the driver has gone back to Centerville. I’m better off requesting FedEx to ship items to me even after paying for express shipping ups still messed up.

The atmosphere when you go in is nice, then you talk to the people working and their not rude but you can tell their just ready for you to leave, I don't blame them, but a little enthusiasm, and a smile never hurt, maybe greet people when they come in and ask if they need help instead of letting them sit at the counter for 5 minutes.

Love how they make “delivery attempts” instead of just delivering my package. Had I not done extra research, my package would have been sent all the way back to the seller. Stressful and poor communication.

They took my package which was a recliner to a store 2 blocks away from my house. I'm 66 year's old and had to figure out a way to get it to my apartment, and up to the 4th floor. I called twice and was told someone would go get it from the store where they took it to, and bring it to my apartment. The store threatened to send it back if I didn't come get it. I don't live at the store I live in a apartment building!

Justin is the UPS carrier in Richmond indiana. He's fantastic! Another worker took his dolly but he made it work. He's a hard worker who deserves to be recognized! He deserves a raise! Thank you Justin!
