Twice they have ordered a certain part that was required to be replaced and twice they've had the wrong part which took some extra couple of days and getting my vehicle fixed. I was able to purchase the Ford OEM parts myself that were required for the install (control panel air vent & third row seat side wall cup holder) to save some money and they were able to professionally install the pieces.
