Much more so than many other big chains I've used in the past.But PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD change your automated prescription refill system back to the old one. The new one is absolutely terrible. It takes twice as long bc she takes forever to talk and if there is any noise whatsoever she stops and says "I'm sorry, I didn't get that" and starts over. I have to make sure I'm in complete silence, where before I could just press button options to get to where I need very simply and way faster. Its gotten to where I dread calling in my scripts bc the system is so annoying.”
