“It has been a nightmare to say the least. On hold for over and hour at several times and had to hang up, like I have nothing better to do than sit on the phone to talk to someone and open a communication with my doctors office. Oh did I mention my doctors office could not get through and when they did, Briova sent a fax that said they could not contact me, but they did and the order was filled, but again no communication on shipping again. AND NOW WE CAN'T SHIP CAUSE THE SHOT ONLY COME IN 200 mmm. I called and someone actually picked up the phone. Thanks to Vanessa months of hell dealing with this issue was resolved.”

“I was tasked with completing a last minute photo project to make small photo obituaries for the balloon release of my young cousin who passed away suddenly. I normally use the other walgreens in town, as they are closer to my home, but they were unable to print the project in the turnaround time I required. I am so glad I called this location, as the associate who helped me, I believe his name was Matt, helped ease my stress during an incredibly trying time. I have had prints with less than stellar quality before, but Matt offered to assess the quality and give me a call back if the small font on my photos were unreasonable. He put me at ease that the photo would be readable and appropriate to pass out. He also completed my order well before my promise time. I was very impressed and relieved to have had a smooth process during our time of grief.”

“I have been going to Life Springs for 10+ years now and they has saved my life in so many ways. I couldn't have asked for a better team to support me all these years, I've seen some of the best people come and go over time and it's still hard to this day to see them gone, but I'm very happy for them and hope their happy with the beginnings of a new chapter in their lives too. Thank you Life Springs for never giving up on me! (Everyone has a right to their opinion, it upsets me to see these negative reviews. Sometimes there are setbacks, but that doesn’t mean you stop trying or just give-up, just because of a few incidents… things happen. I’ve been through it with them here too, but you just have to keep on top of it and try even harder. Not everyone will be happy with their service, but not everybody has to be and like I said I’ve been going there for over 10yrs and I know best that people come and go and their not always perfect, but be patient and at least give them some respect, because there are very good people there! Just basically saying; just because you have had one bad incident or so there, doesn’t mean it’s ALL bad. Try again…”

She was pretty busy, but didn't seem upset to show me where I could find this particular product and it was cute that she lowered her voice when she was telling me it was in the feminine hygiene aisle. She also helped me in using a coupon for the product. I really appreciate her and thank Walgreen's for hiring her.”
