I live 15 mins away and now have a delayed delivery. This isn’t the first time. Todays the third business day as they said it would be up to 3 days and still nothing. Need to do a much better job in delivering on the dates they say they are. Lack dependability.

We use to have Amerigas and couldn’t be happier that we switched. We were so excited that we now have whole campgrounds with Ferrell and we couldn’t be happier.

Service was good but when I placed the order, it was about 14 or 15 days before they came out to fill up my tank and the biggest problem was the driver did not leave me a delivery ticket so I did not know how many gallons he put in or anything
