Family Express is a family-owned and operated chain of convenience stores serving Indiana, known for their tasty food and friendly service. The stores are well-stocked, and the employees are described as the best around, often going the extra mile to make customers feel valued, such as reminding them to use their perks. Customers appreciate the simple acts of kindness, like the employee who greeted a customer's son and suggested they visit on Fridays for free fruit, which can significantly improve someone's day.
It is Wednesday after the big storm. I stopped by, after work (3pm), to fill up my gas tank. They had two people keeping cars moving to fill up. One of their other employees was handing out individual water bottles. Great service to our community in Porter County!! Thank you!! 😊

FE has the best sugar cookies ever, and the design of the cookies changes per holiday or season. Great drink selection too. However, they tend to be out of coffee creamer frequently.
