“Went and switch everything from Xfinity over to T-Mobile phone and internet I was very impressed with a customer service that Sam gave me this was May 7th 2026 I watched the other guy spend a lot of time with an older lady I believe this was the best customer service I have seen anywhere in a while”
“I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10 plus years and have been to many T-Mobile stores. This store was the best experience by far thanks to Carson, I would recommend anyone to ask for him if you visit this location.”
“Jason was extremely helpful with our cell phone needs. He was able to get a deal that paid off two of our phones, upgraded to two new better phones and added another phone line to our account for almost no additional charges except for taxes.....”
“I only go here if I have any technical problems because they really do have the most amazing techs who know what they’re doing. Ricardo is so awesome. He was able to figure out a complicated fix When I got locked out of my SIM. So grateful to all of the technicians here because to be honest, I don’t even live in portage but I trust them with my phone completely. I highly recommend!”
“I had a stellar experience with Nate at the 46383 location. I am do happy I signed up with xfinity and left Verizon. Keep hiring great employees and give Nate a raise!”
“Bryce was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to not only maximize my savings, but also show me different options for my needs. Honestly the first time I felt like a sales rep actually cared. He deserves a promotion! Thank you for your help!”
