“My first experience at this Five Below was ok. I hate walking into a store feeling unwelcome, it's just not something anyone should experience. The workers were all very young. I asked one of them about a key ring. Then I asked if she's knows what a candy tastes like? Instead of her saying yes or no, it was no conversation. Just a shoulder shrug and she went back to what she was doing. Please get someone older to manage the store. These babies do not understand customer service. The other two workers had good customer service, but need more! My recent experience was a great. The store had someone older running the store. The store is always clean and organized. I'm glad I decided to go back into the store again. The experience was so much better and everyone was helpful.”

“Consistency is a winner here. 3 weeks ago I stopped in and ordered a cheeseburger. It was so good, I really enjoyed it and it filled me up (for the rest of the day). I have since had 2 more and they always come out hot and tasty. I like the cheeseburger loaded with everything and it is a pretty messy sandwich to eat. The shakes are good here too and they make a great compliment to the burgers. Service is outstanding and I have never waited for long. Someone usually opens up another register if busy. My usual lunch order here is the cheeseburger (which comes as a double) and a shake. Very filling and a great value for less than $15.”

When you see or pass an employee while shopping they always speak and ask if you need help finding anything. Kim the manager runs a great store! I prefer stopping in this store verses going to the grocery or Walmart .”
