Our cart stopped working out of nowhere. I called GT Carts since we bought the cart from them. Jerry was awesome! He helped walk me through the internal workings on the cart and through some standard fixes. Nothing worked so he talked with a service person on a similar cart that had similar issues. After several calls back and forth he got me to the right $5 fix! A simple fuse blew. I had some other questions on some other options I was thinking about and he walked me through those too. Absolute king of customer service that reminded me of why I bought my cart from GT! Thank you again if you see this, my son's smile to have the cart back working was incredible!!

We love GT Carts! We’ve had our golf cart for a year now, and it’s brought us some of the best family memories cruising the country roads of Cicero. The buying process was so low pressure and easy. Anytime we've had a minor issue (which honestly has been more kid-related than cart-related!), they’ve been incredibly responsive—picking it up, checking it out, and getting it back to us quickly. Great product, even better people!

This place was such a HUGE HELP for us! We hadn’t even purchased the cart from them but on a Saturday, Jerry stayed on the phone with us to help us diagnose our issue. Not many places will do that. When we buy another cart, they will be the go to place!!! Very honest and friendly!

Recently purchased our 2nd Golf Cart from GT Carts and, Jerry & Keilah provided the same level of service which brought me back to them. Couple of minor issues needed addressed & they did so expeditiously and at no cost to me. I am a fan & they have solidified me as a customer for life lol. Thank you GT!!

We received our golf cart a week ago. It was making a noise and we called Jerry and let him know. His words were bring it back down and I will deliver it back to your place. He took the time out of his day to bring it back and make sure the cart was in running order. If your going to buy a golf cart I 100 percent recommend GT carts in CIcero! Wonderful experience and fantastic customer service.

Recently worked with both Jerry in Cicero and Walt in Monticello at GT carts. Both did an amazing job with the work we had done on our cart. Met our time line to be able to give it as a gift. Went above and beyond to make it an amazing experience for us and our family! They will be our go to cart place from now on. I have never experienced such top notch customer service. Honest, kind, quality work, and pricing was perfect.

First time purchasing a recreational golf cart today and let me tell you it was one of the best large purchase experiences we have had. Jerry and Keilah were super patient , answered all our questions. It made our decision so much easier. Can’t wait for our Solar Flare (Orange) cart to be delivered. As a first time buyer, I went in with a lot of questions. I ended up talking to 3 different people throughout my visit. All were polite and very helpful. I purchased a new cart and made multiple changes and modifications. 4 days later my cart was (very) clean and ready! I would recommend GTs to anyone looking at purchasing a golf cart.
