Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's $200 cheaper here for a horrid reason. Priceline does not disclose all of the red tape needed to rent a car from this location, so we took an Uber from Louisville for nothing, and was belittled by the man working at the desk. I would give zero stars if I were allowed.

Very rude staff. They take VERY limited forms of indentification with very strict restrictions and don't tell you in advance what you need. They acted like my partner and I were a burden and wanted us out as quickly as possible despite us being as patient as we could with their condescending attitudes. If you're paying with debit card, absolutely forget about it. We ended up leaving with no car and having to Lyft back home with a cancelled trip. Wouldn't have been as upset if they were helpful and even a bit more kind, but they spoke to us like we were idiots and scum on their shoe. Go somewhere else.

The worst experience I've had with rentals ended up canceling everything. They wouldn't accept visa debit they only accepted credit cards. They didn't even want to talk to us or work anything else out. Seemed like they didn't want us in the building. Do not recommend

Great customer service. There were no issues with the reservation or vehicle. Good value in comparison to other rental companies. I would use Budget again for any future car rental needs.

I have never seen a place more races in my life. Being in this country for 30 year and this employee pretty much kicked everyone out. There was not a blonde American. Two costumer of African American descent and my self and left car for the tree couple all white. His excuse I have no car left but he some how had for the people that came after me. He stated they have a reservation so do I I told him. Please do not help business that continues to be en the Middle Ages. Have fun this country is made in the back of my people you should be ashamed.

Mychal was nothing short of rude to us. Sent us away to get another form of payment and we came back they (all four) were out to lunch with the doors locked. This person was not solution oriented and if anything gave us more of his own work to do. I had to call and cancel and get my refund. We went with Enterprise up the road. They were fast, friendly and got us on the road.

Look somewhere else. Currently at the location waiting to pick up car. Door is locked with no note or explanation. Have been waiting for 40 mins. Still no one. By reading reviews looks to be a common thing. Was told there were three employees here. Why all leaving at once?? Poor service. Pay more

My Fiancé had to rent a car for the week because her car is in the shop. The guy helping her was rude and made comments questioning her intelligence. Not only did they not have the vehicle she reserved, there was also an unspecified payment we had to make after she had shelled out $600 for the reservation over the phone. She asked if cars would arrive later and told her they would need to be cleaned. She asked how long that would take, and he replied with depends. Not giving her any certainty for a car she would be comfortable in said she could use one of their vans for the rental. Granted this was our only choice for a last minute rental, we will not be doing business with this company again after the week is over.

They’re simply the WORST RENTAL COMPANY! I was in need to rent a car and the CSR offered me a damaged car and I was OK with it. When I returned the damaged car he handed me the receipt and everything was fine. One hour later he called me and he was yelling at me asking me to sign an incident report for the previous damages. That guy at the front desk wanted to hold me accountable for his mistakes!

Employee at the desk unfriendly and cold. I picked up at rental agency and drove to another state and dropped off car at airport. That was when the policy to ask for and keep all my initialed copy of paperwork by the receiving attendant was not made known to me. It was confusing to me. Their "drop off" system was not very good at the receiving end at the airport in another state. They said I didn't need the paperwork but they did need it because they had no other paperwork for the drop off. They said I should receive an email at the end with all the documentation i needed. I took a picture of the mileage and to prove I did refuel to full, just in case. There was no way I could have known the drop off rules if not informed at pick up. There was a different charge on my credit card, which I disputed with my bank and it was corrected.

Reserved a Toyota car that had between 35-40mpg fuel economy and ended up with a Toyota 4runner which is less than half that mpg. Ended up being around 16.5 mpg so it cost us an extra 150$ in gas. The man working the counter was completely rude and not interested in helping us get a better fuel economy vehicle from another budget location. He has no business being in customer service. We will never go back there as long as their customer service is like that.

Do not rent a car with this company. They do not care about you as a customer, and do not care about the consumer. I can't even be mad at the service because this company is just trash in general. They will take a $250 deposit with no paperwork to prove it. They require a bank statement or piece of mail which was not said it was required online. Save yourself the trouble and stick with enterprise.
