I usually go to the ATM but on this day I went in to see a teller. I had to wait in line which was no big deal. The employee who assisted me in my transaction was friendly and kind.

The ATM is ALWAYS out of order in some way . And now , to make it worse the lobby atm has limited hours . I complained inside the bank once , and they blamed Brinks . I blame Chase .
