“I had a great experience at Old Navy today. I was purchasing some pants and noticed they rang up differently than I had expected ($50 per item and I thought they were $15 according to the signage). I asked the cashier why they were ringing up that way and she asked where I got them and I told her. She went and looked and came back and gave me both for $15 each.(their signage was incorrect). That was very good customer service. Some places wouldn’t go ahead and give you the cheaper price because their signage was wrong but she did and with no hesitation. It’s Rare I shop there but have been in twice recently and will continue to go back. Thank you for great customer service.”
