“Absolute GEMS! This boutique went above and beyond with customer service. They held a piece of art for me to come in and get, and when I dropped my baby’s shoe while checking out they emailed me to let me know they had it. Went back to get it and one of the employees (I forget your name but I love you!) brought it out to the car for me because my kids were asleep. You all have my business for life! And obviously they have incredible local art.”

“Assortment of punk/goth/metal/rock styled clothing. I particularly like their dresses and outfit ensembles towards the back of the store. Although they can be pricey so I like to wait for good sales. Most are potato quality mixed metals for jewelry or accessories EXCEPT the ones in the cases, those are pretty quality when it comes to the piercings. T-shirts are overpriced but wide selection.”

She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. She stayed with me the entire time, pulling pieces she knew would match my style and making sure I felt confident in my choices—no pressure, just real support.
You can tell she has an eye for detail and truly loves what she does. The selection in the store is also amazing, especially if you’re looking for authentic western pieces. The boots I purchased are original and handmade, and the quality is something you can immediately feel.

“We rented flowers for the ceremony and reception from Nice Hat and they were STUNNING! The arrangements were nice and full and the colors were beautiful. Shawn, the owner, was amazing to work with. She has a designer eye and helped us envision the best arrangements for our venue. Her flower arrangements were such high quality, I regret not using her for the bridal bouquets 💐. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the flowers were and that they couldn’t believe they were rentals! I wish more businesses would provide such great customer service and products!”
