“Absolute GEMS! This boutique went above and beyond with customer service. They held a piece of art for me to come in and get, and when I dropped my baby’s shoe while checking out they emailed me to let me know they had it. Went back to get it and one of the employees (I forget your name but I love you!) brought it out to the car for me because my kids were asleep. You all have my business for life! And obviously they have incredible local art.”

“The lady who worked at the store was incredible friendly and helpful. There was a wide selection of jewelry, clothing, & items from around the world. In particular i loved the felt flowers chains, rings and earrings. Loved that they even had a little kid section. The store was very clean and organized.”

Despite how busy the store was, both of them went out of their way to help me in person with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.

While juggling other tasks and assisting other customers, they took the time to sit down with me and troubleshoot the problem step-by-step. They even wrote down notes while we worked through the issue together to make sure nothing was missed. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare, and I honestly didn’t expect it whatsoever.

On top of that, Jane personally helped me adjust and fit a belt I needed for a convention I was attending. She took the time to make sure it fit just right, with care and style advice that made a big difference. Her enthusiasm and kindness made the whole experience not just helpful, but genuinely fun.

She is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. She stayed with me the entire time, pulling pieces she knew would match my style and making sure I felt confident in my choices—no pressure, just real support.

You can tell she has an eye for detail and truly loves what she does. The selection in the store is also amazing, especially if you’re looking for authentic western pieces. The boots I purchased are original and handmade, and the quality is something you can immediately feel.

“I stopped by here this morning after visiting the plant store nextdoor, I didn’t even realise I was there 20 mins before they were supposed to open but the lady who I assume is the store owner got there and unlocked the door and let me look around early, she was very very kind! Such a sweet lady. Downstairs is a women’s boutique, and upstairs there’s some vintage things plus a store called “Rabbit in the Moon” that sells baby related things.”

She was so patient and kind, suggesting great gift ideas! “This is a really nifty place…highly recommend. Usually when my wife and I go into a store like this I just stare at my phone while she looks around. This shop on the other hand is filled with interesting stuff, unique smelling soaps and oils of different sorts, handmade items crafted in other hemispheres… The owner lady had an encyclopedic knowledge of everything we picked up and looked at, and could tell us a whole story about everything in the place. She says she personally sources and curates every single product to make sure of its quality, and that the source fairly compensates the workers/artists making them. We just went in to browse but walked out with a bag full of gifts for folks we know and stuff for the house that we’ve never seen anywhere else. Will definitely go back next time we’re in the area.”

“Went in this long standing Louisville Local Shop for flowers and came out with some lovely things. Plan on spending about an hour looking at all the traditional furnishings. ALSO A GREAT PLACE FOR: Gifts , Clothing, Ahrtwork, and Furniture, Candles and much more. My flowers have lasted foever.”

If you do not have bucket list, stop reading this and make one, put this experience on the list................those dots were to give you time to do the assignment. Schedule the appointment, pick a hat (they measure you there), then go crazy with showcasing your personality on the hat. Brand, burn, stitch, you can do it all with a personal assistant by your side every step of the way. I was here for over 2 hrs, didn't feel that long at all. So happy with the finished product. They sell all the accessories and have kits to take home. I am going back for sure. Highly recommend!!!”
