“Located adjacent to Best Buy on Veterans parkway you can find Orange Therapy.
Coming from a Crossfit base this fits in my wheelhouse perfectly. Class last an hour and can be as difficult as you want it.
The OTB Sensor you wear literally track everything from time spent in different caloric zones, total calories burnt, average speed, and distance covered. Very friendly, attentive staff.
The only downside is the price, and they don't offer discounts for 1st responders and military.
My all-time stats going 2-4 times a week since August 2023.”

“I actually drive from crestwood ky to go to this lac location. Their equipment, cleanliness, and friendly staff is top notch in the area. This was always my favorite location even before other lacs closed in louisville area with pandemic hardships. They have new technogym pec machine that is my favorite, brand new additional weight room, and tons of cardio bikes & treadmills etc. It's really a perfect place for beginners or anyone wanting to incorporate fitness in pursuing and maintaining healthy lifestyle. In addition, the equipment is spaced out and arranged perfectly.”
