“This is my first ever review of a store. I am submitting this review because Story has been fabulous to work with. He met my husband and I in the store and helped us plan an entire bath remodel. He designed a custom vanity for us and gave me prices for everything that I requested (sink, shower, custom glass, tile, closet doors, fixtures, and much more). I have emailed him countless times and he has always responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. He has been SO HELPFUL, professional, and has given us outstanding customer service, which is rare these days. (It is difficult to find help in other home improvement stores). “Solatube review
My Solatube was installed in late May 2024, it is now June 7. I was replacing a Sun Tunnel that had some issues, installation not product. I wanted the same type of product and found Honest Home and Solatube. The Solatube has a solar powered nightlight and I purchased the add-on light kit.
The removal of the old product and installation of the Solatube was done quickly and professionally by Juan and Bill.
I really like the nightlight, it is a soft light but bright enough to, excuse me, use the bathroom at night.
The add-on light kit uses a standard base bulb, the Sun Tunnel did not. The removal of the diffuser, for cleaning or bulb replacement, is easy and there are videos with instructions online.
Funnily enough, yesterday, when the sun was shining for the first time since insulation, I was thinking that I should turn off the light because it was so bright, silly me.
All in all I am pleased both with Honest Home (Sandra, Will, Bill and Juan) and with the Solatube product.
