We met with several other companies and contractors and but they did not provide the product or services that we were looking for. I felt like John and his team really took the time to listen to our vision and helped us work within our budget to create the kitchen and living room of our dreams. The customer service was top notch by everyone we came in contact with. I am now fully hooked on the ambiance created by their unique reclaimed wood fixtures and will be turning to them for any future remodel or update I may need. I just don't know where to start next. “My husband & I have been overwhelmed with deadlines, and suddenly discovered it was December 14th...and we had no Christmas tree!! I phoned your store to see if you still had some, and I was in luck.I raced into the store at 8:30PM, wondering where to find trees, and was escorted outdoors in the garden area by a wonderful young man named Kuz. My husband wasn't with me, so poor Kuz had the "honor" of holding up half a dozen trees for me, spinning them around so I could determine which was best. My husband usually rolls his eyes and gets a bit impatient while doing that, but Kuz was absolutely delightful! Although at this time of year (and that time of night) I'm sure he was pretty exhausted, he was gracious and lovely, trimmed and wrapped the tree, then helped me with my purchase. He even carefully loaded the tree into our car.I promise I'll be back to Lowe's soon. And when I do, I hope to run into Kuz once again. Management: You are so fortunate to have such a customer-first employee!”

“Home Depot is your reliable big-box hardware/garden/home improvement store that's going to scratch that itch when you think "I think I want to update my deck, plant some flowers, and build a Hadron Collider in my back yard". Chances are, Home Depot is going to have just about everything you need for those projects (well mostly.) This location is close to home and other shopping so it's pretty convenient when running our Sunday errands. The staff is genuinely helpful and, for the most part, they know where things are located. There may be some obscure things that I don't think anyone would know the location of (self-sealing stem bolts) which may be a challenge. The store is usually pretty well stocked and clean, although the Christmas stuff goes up WAAAY too early. In our experience when trying to buy a shed last year, this store fails miserably. Outside where the sheds are located it says to see someone inside. You go inside and there isn't a person to talk to, just a pamphlet. No knowledgeable person that can speak to anything, they just refer you to another company. When I'm looking to spend money on something as pricy as a shed I'd rather be able to talk to someone to ask the questions I need, not look at a pamphlet. Otherwise it's generally a good shopping experience. While Home Depot isn't my favorite big-box home improvement/hardware store, it is the closest.”
