“The entire process from start to finish was fantastic! I replaced the original windows on my house from 1989. Most of my old ones wouldnt open and had broken seals. I talked to 3 different companies, and window world knew more technical information about installation and the windows overall than anyone else. They also offered the lowest price (by a lot). I was quoted 7 week turnaround time before install, but the windows were ready in about 3. Install was quick, and there is no leaks afterwards. I got double pane with argon and low e, and my upstairs is a lot cooler. I also really like the custom window lock with their logo (a fine touch). Hands down would recommend window world to anyone.”
“We had an exceptional experience with Builders Surplus on our recent basement finishing project. They supplied all of the flooring, drywall, doors, fixtures, and material I am probably forgetting. The quality across the board was outstanding — we're especially thrilled with the acoustic wall they helped us put together in our TV/media space, which turned out even better than we'd hoped.

“All of the team members at home outlet were very helpful, took the time to listen and hear what we were interested in for the remodel of our kitchen. They gave us the name of Chase Craddock who we could connect with and discuss installing our cabinets and flooring. Chase came over gave us an estimate which was very reasonable and was not only the sweetest guy, but super funny. He has made our installation so fun. I would recommend him and his family for any future projects. His brother Cody also helped with the installation of a door, which we also purchased from home outlet. What a great team they make! The before is the original cabinetry, which was dark wood, and the after was the White and the flooring that they installed”
“Just wanna take the time to appreciate tractor supply and all there employees at the Dixie location they really helped me getting started getting my first flock of baby chickens and the employees were very knowledgeable and helped me save money but coverd everything the baby’s needed thank you all so much it’s been 2 weeks there all still hearty and alive working on the outside chicken coop now they grow fast! Definitely will be returning again and soon!”

Our order was placed and we waited over a month for it to ship due to high demand and winter storm delays.
I reached out to the support team and voiced my concerns of timing issues on our order due to my wife and I expecting a child in the near future and the CEO responded within a few hours and made sure our order was shipped that week, as well as refunding our already discounted mechanism $50!
Fantastic customer service, easy installation instructions. Will never build another Murphy bed from any other company! I work in the trades but am not a carpenter and this was a moderate to easy skill level build, as long as you can read and follow direction. I was able to paint an entire room and build this bed all in a weekend. Love the outcome and the quality of the product, we got the adjustable queen vertical and it turned out amazing!! Just spend the extra money on the sanded 3/4” and it will save you a TON of extra time when it comes to paint/stain.
I would love to add a photo of the finished product but can’t figure it out. You’ll just have to take my word for it that it’s a beautiful piece of built in cabinetry.”
“Solatube review
My Solatube was installed in late May 2024, it is now June 7. I was replacing a Sun Tunnel that had some issues, installation not product. I wanted the same type of product and found Honest Home and Solatube. The Solatube has a solar powered nightlight and I purchased the add-on light kit.
The removal of the old product and installation of the Solatube was done quickly and professionally by Juan and Bill.
I really like the nightlight, it is a soft light but bright enough to, excuse me, use the bathroom at night.
The add-on light kit uses a standard base bulb, the Sun Tunnel did not. The removal of the diffuser, for cleaning or bulb replacement, is easy and there are videos with instructions online.
Funnily enough, yesterday, when the sun was shining for the first time since insulation, I was thinking that I should turn off the light because it was so bright, silly me.
All in all I am pleased both with Honest Home (Sandra, Will, Bill and Juan) and with the Solatube product.

“Really appreciate store manager Christopher Nalley getting me a refund on an incomplete online order. I was credited $74 immediately to my debit card (for the delivery fee plus an apology credit towards future use in the store.) Then he immediately sent out the missing part of my order to me and waived the delivery charge. I didn't think customer service like this exists anymore.”

“The hardest things to shop for are those which have been upgraded by technology. I needed E11 Base 75 Watt LED Halogen replacement bulbs for my ceiling fans. I knew the brand I wanted: Feit. But most online retailers would not locate them in searches. The Home Depot on Westport Road had them and the price was right! I ordered in the morning and the Home Delivery Service had them on my doorstep at 3:30 PM. The Feit bulbs perform magnificently, and they no longer add halogen heat to the Summer temperature. Shine On!”
