From walking in and asking questions to months after installing, the folks at Louisville Countertop were great. They were very informative, I picked what countertop I wanted, the guys that installed it (I wish I remembered their names) were very friendly and professional. A few months later a tenant put a burn mark on the countertop and they came out and polished it back to new. I will only shop with them for countertops, buy with confidence!”

“I received my shipment far quicker than I anticipated. I purchased several gift sets. When the package arrived I was happily surprised that it included several samples, tissue paper, and gift bags. The scents are amazing. If you have dry skin as I do, trying the peppermint soap with pumice is an absolute must. It is so refreshing and feels so good on your skin. It would be a great summer soap as well since it has that cooling effect with the peppermint. Very happy with the product and the service. I will be ordering again.”
“We went to have keys made but saw whole lot more. Friendly staff answered all our questions. We also looked at keyless entry front door locks and they had a good selection. I went into the ladies room and had so much fun because they have a smart toilet by Toto in there. It's the kind that when you go in the lid lifts upThe seat is heated. It cleans you, it dries you, And, it cleans the toilet. Loved it now I want one in my bathroom.”

“In April, 2025, my husband and I were in the market for a new GE refrigerator and GE stove. We had planned to go to a few appliance stores. We were at my sister’s house in the Highlands, so decided to go to Bonnycastle Appliance & TV first. Neither of us had ever been there. We were greeted by Dan Kaplan. His knowledge of each fridge and stove we were shown was impeccable. On top of that, he was very nice and patient. Our appliances were ordered at the end of May to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. We decided to also order a new GE microwave. Our appliances were delivered and installed by Lee with Empire Installation. A bin in our fridge was cracked and our microwave had a dent in the door. I called Dan the next day and he ordered the new bin and microwave door. They were delivered to our home within four or five days. We replaced the bin ourselves and an installer came out and replaced the microwave door. My husband and I highly recommend Dan Kaplan at Bonnycastle Appliance & TV! Thanks Dan & Bonnycastle management.”

“Designs in Stone did my countertops through Home Depot. The process was seemless. They came when they were scheduled too, professional in everyway. Start to finish was about 6 weeks which is great for custom countertops. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I live in Lexington and they are located in Louisville but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Photos before the outlets were switched over to white. The quartz used was Everest which has sparkles in it. It brightened up the kitchen and looks so good. Couldn’t be happier.”
“It would be hard to overstate just how great our experience has been with KBS. We went in not really knowing what we wanted for our new kitchen but Priscilla was full of great ideas and quite patient with us. Her designs and attention to detail were superb. Our cabinets actually arrived early and were installed on time. They look spectacular. “Pretty clean place to purchase from and I'm a professional in the field and deal with many stores but this here is one that I favor due to the stock and wide variety of tile underlayment core and wood floor as well as tools and tool accessories. Staff is willing to help you and they have a loading area like home Depot and Lowe's so direct competitor to them but a go to for me.”

“Amazing Customer Service!!My house has the original kitchen cabinets from when it was built in 1994. The L-Bracket that holds the rail for 1 of the drawers broke and I could no longer glue it together. I tried all the local big box stores and local cabinet dealers, but nothing would quite match the design configuration of my old cabinets, and nobody was eager to help me find a solution.I recently stumbled onto a spec sheet for the original cabinets in some old files and discovered they were manufactured by Kitchen Kompact in Jeffersonville IN. I took a chance and sent an e-mail to the only address I could find online describing my problem. I received a response within an hour from the VP of Sales and Marketing asking me how many brackets I needed. Two business days later I received the the bracket I needed and several extra so I can remedy the problem if it happens to any other drawers. This is some of the best customer service I have received in years! Great experience from a family-owned company in the good old USA!Thank you, Kitchen Kompact!”
