“I received my shipment far quicker than I anticipated. I purchased several gift sets. When the package arrived I was happily surprised that it included several samples, tissue paper, and gift bags. The scents are amazing. If you have dry skin as I do, trying the peppermint soap with pumice is an absolute must. It is so refreshing and feels so good on your skin. It would be a great summer soap as well since it has that cooling effect with the peppermint. Very happy with the product and the service. I will be ordering again.”

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. After we signed on, Holly contacted us for the installation date. She was easy to work with and very responsive. Next Brad came out and did the install. He was on-time, very knowledgeable and super courteous. He got the install done in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Bath Fitter.”

I called the company to ask where I can buy just the slides and they ended up sending a replacement for free. They did not have to do that. The customer rep was so nice . “My wife and I had never been to this store, but we got a gift card from a friend specifically for Williams-Sonoma so we drove there and used it to purchase a Nespresso machine. When we got home and set it up it was displaying an error code upon unboxing and did not work properly, and also the 12 Nespresso pods sampler box that was labeled as included in the box was missing. We called the store and they were extremely helpful and proactive, and we were able to return the machine and exchange it for one that worked properly that included all the correct items in the packaging. We felt like the management at the store had the entire staff involved in helping us. We talked to several people throughout the process and they had all exchanged notes about our issue and made it a seamless process, one that most likely would have been much more frustrating without the personal touch they were able to provide. We are very happy with our product, and wanted to share that the staff took a challenging situation in stride.”
