I have been a customer for years and have always had poor customer service. Mary at the Clarksville store has been so wonderful the last few times I've had to visit. She has been the only one that has ever been able to help me. She deserves a hefty salary increase as she is the only competent employee this store has ever had!

Had the worst experience today..went to your store today and delt with Mary...I walked in and was asking her about upgrading my phone?? I see ads all over about free phones and wanted to see if I qualified?? As she started speaking to me, two guys walked in that she knew and told them one minute...At this Point she is only speaking in Spanish???? Then she looked at me and sighed...she said Oh My God..as I told her I really don't do much on my phone??? As she kept looking at the two guys that walked in??? She walked around the counter pointed at a phone and said I can get this phone for about two hundred dollars???At this Point I said obviously your busy and I started walking out, she smiled and started speaking to the guys in Spanish?? So my Question to the Owner of this store is DO YOU JUST WANT SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMERS??? I've been with Metro PC for YEARS...AND THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER??? DISSRESPECTED??? THIS IS SO CRAZY.... WHY WOULD YOUR EMPLOYEE TREAT ME THIS WAY??? BECAUSE IM WHITE??? RACISM SUCKS...NO MATTER WHAT COLOR YOU ARE.....

I didn't really care for the attitude that the two people that work there had. Left and took care of my business online and didn't have any issues and they gave me a really good deal.

I honestly can't complain about MetroPCS on their prices and service coverage. I've been paying $60 a month for unlimited everything and that includes free Amazon music, shopping, and delivery.

I visited the store on Eastern Blvd in Clarksville Indiana and Leighann helped me and I will tell you she is one of the best people to deal with... She not only helped me after 8 calls to the customer care and speaking with a manager that didn't help me what so ever but she also helped me last time when I went and bought my ex wife a phone and had problems because her email was tied into her ex bf account and she spent 2 hours working with us to fix that problem... All in all she is my favorite and I tell you she deserves a pay raise and she deserves all the credit for metro... If you ever need a good person to help you go to her....

Just read the other one star reviews. You can't get in touch with anyone ever. The store is either always closed or the workers are unfriendly. They always don't have a phone you want that is displayed. They don't have anything under $300. I will be switching plans asap.

T-Mobile on Eastern Blvd. Offers English and Spanish.. Very nice young lady is very knowledgeable and fixed my problems in just a few minutes. Open from 7am to 7 pm..
