“I'm very happy with the service I got. No wait time and done in about 10 minutes. the only reason I can't give 5 stars is I had the 50% off coupon and I still paid $50 something dollars. So I asked the guy so if I didn't have the coupon it would have been $100 bucks and he said yes close to that.. Kind of high for a oil change”

“Zack and his team were sweet and professional! Usually as a girl, most places try to con you into a bunch of stuff you don’t need and I usually like to sit and listen but that didn’t happen here! “I bought a truck from a guy that had the transmission replaced at this location a year and a half ago then moved to Georgia, verified the warranty would transfer so i purchased the truck. I noticed after a few hundred miles a pretty good leak. So i called the shop explained my situation and that i reside in georgia 6 hours away. I was told to take the truck to an ammco shop since they are a sister company. I did, the ammco shop did the work and Cottman stood behind their warranty....i would definitley recomend this shop to anyone.”

“I have a tire warranty and was told only licensed places could replace it. I called around and tires plus was the inly one that could get me in same day and was willing to jump through the hoops the warranty company put them through. I am so thankful for Sid. He was who I spoke with when I called and he seen that everything got taken car of right away from the tire to the paperwork. I feel like they went above and beyond!! I would refer anyone to them!!!

“I came here for a battery change, my battery was stuck and stripped due to whoever had done my last one, and even though original prognosis was that I’d need to take it to a mechanic the team continued working on it and they were able to get it out and changed for me. I really appreciate them taking the time to problem solve and get my battery changed because I needed t done badly as I was heading out on a long trip. I have much more ease of mind now that it was changed before my drive.”

“My HHR had 17 year old antifreeze and I took it to Valvoline for a flush and fill. I pulled right in and they took my information and started to work in minutes. Staff was professional and prompt. My car was hooked to a pump and all my old was removed and new was installed. I was out in 19 minutes with brand new antifreeze. Price was reasonable and worth me not having to spend a few hours doing it myself.”

“This would have been 5-Stars but they use an off-shore call center to schedule appointments. Call quality was horrible, lots of "dead air" to the point that I thought the call had dropped. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and it ended with me being unsure if I had scheduled anything.
The staff at the physical location were fantastic!!! Professional, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely recommend.”
