It's important that people understand that quality is what they can expect from The Repair Emporium.What we received met my definition of perfection. When a person grabs hold of one of our cards, they immediately comment on how thick and heavy the stock is. “I had excellent service from Melody last week. I had to overnight a package and had never done it before. Melody was so pleasant in walking me through the process. I actually went in thinking I would have them scan and email my documents to my colleague but after realizing the cost for that Melody suggested overnighting it for cheaper cost. She was super helpful, friendly, sweet and professional. It was not cheap but still she saved me money and met my needs. The shop is in a small strip mall and a bit difficult to get to, mostly because there is a Starbucks located there with a drive through. So as you are driving to park the cars coming from the drive through are coming at you form the other way, So be careful in the lot. Also in the parking lot are the gas pumps from Kroger so kind of a lot going on in that lot. But overall a good experience with good service.”
“I needed some flyers and business cards printed and delivered to a conference in Louisville in a pinch (when I say pinch, I needed them delivered in less than 24 hours). Precision Printing came in CLUTCH. I ordered them after 2pm on Wednesday, they were delivered a little after 10am on Thursday. WOW! Super grateful for their willingness to help on such short notice! 10/10 recommend!”

“I had items shipped here in advance of a trade show at the convention center. You need to make sure you are checked in at the convention center but the staff at FedEx were extremely helpful and professional. I needed to make a few trips to move my cases over and they were fine with that. Clean. Easy parking in front, although I don't know if the meters are monitored I got an hour just in case. Lots of last minute supplies if you forgot something.”
