“Durning our time of bereavement our program designer sent the wrong draft to be printed. So we had 100 wrong programs. It was at no fault of Able Printing instead the graphic designer sent Able the wrong file. The funeral was less than 24 hrs away! So we were going to have to repay $208 to get the proper prograns for our love 1 funeral! The owner of the company PERSONALLY CALLED ME , this is a wonderful Christian owned business. She not only WAIVED the reprint fees SHE took a LOSS of profit, re created the programs beautifully AND DELIVERED THEM TO THE CHURCH BEFORE THE FUNERAL!! A TRUE ANGEL IN THE MIDST OF OUR GRIEF!!
