But, the logos they sent me were pretty much wholly unusable. Tim and his people at Precision Printing took over and got my logo and tagline fixed. They also provided both letterhead and business cards at a much less expensive rate than the discounted quote I received from the marketing/branding company. The file was too large to send, so we had to send it multiple times but he was extremely patient and willing to resolve the issue for me free of charge.
