“Needed a tow for a project truck today in Louisville and called Leo’s Towing & Recovery. Even in the rain, he got me taken care of the same day. He had a couple jobs ahead of me but still got out to me as quick as he could and kept me updated the whole time.
Super cool dude, easy to talk to, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. The price was a little higher than I originally expected, but honestly it felt fair because the service was great and he treated me right.

“Our parents were moving here from out of state. They rented a 26 foot U-Haul truck and backed into the yard to unload their furniture downstairs. With our recent weather, the ground was softer than expected and the truck sank 8-10 inches into the mud. The truck was also approximately 75 to 100 feet from the paved road. Razor towing came and pulled the truck out of the mud in less than 30 minutes. The driver was very professional and their services were reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again if I had too.”

“After two tires popped on the highway outside of Frankfort, Pinky’s was able to tow me home to Louisville and recommended a 24/7 tire shop to help repair the damage. Kalebe was extremely helpful and offered to stay with us at the tireshop until fixed/we felt safe. Offered to get us food/drinks if we needed any. Kalebe was available immediately after we called him and saved us so much time and hassle. Highly recommend.”
“I would leave 5 stars but they did have to do their job and impound my car, but they have very good customer service super sweet and nice people if you ever get your car impounded hopefully they are the ones people call because they have great customer service also good company to call if you are in trouble and need a tow”
“Parked in an area I was not aware of that towed cars after a certain time. I drive a lowered and modified vehicle with a modified body kit that makes it even harder to get under the car and they did a good job with moving it to their yard. Checked for damages and found none. Will not leave a bad review for my own mistake, towing companies need to do their jobs as required. Very friendly service, answered my calls at a late time as well, and gave me the chance to pick up my car before it needed a storage fee for a day. Pricing is what it is these days.”

“Penske trucks are very well maintained as a fleet of moving trucks. I'm not going to comment on the others however, Penske trucks I know very well and it's my choice when it's time to rent a truck. You do see the difference in not only driving the truck but the additional accessories and equipment the truck has to offer. Last, the ride of a Penske truck in my opinion is above the others. This matters very much at the end of the day!”
