“Don’t even hesitate to call these guys for help. Single female driver stranded away from home. Called for a tow and explained what was going on. Out of no where he pulled up in his personal car and said ‘pop the hood’ he had my car started within minutes and then followed me down to the auto parts place to buy the part and install it. He gave me the option of the tow but offered his help and time saving me money and time. Good honest guy. He really helped me when I needed it.”

“They were incredible. They explained everything from the time the car was dropped off to when I picked it up and all that occurred. It is nice to have a head to toe outline of what is going on with the vehicle. Pricing was quite reasonable and the father and daughter team are super duper kind.”

“Wow can't say enough about Grissom's, called about mounting and balancing 4 tires and they got me in next morning. They didn't use sticky weights for balance either which I believe to be better because those sticky weights tend to fall off. Very reasonably priced, great customer service and I do recommend this shop”
“Great service! Thorough, thoughtful customer service! I appreciate the care for both the operation of the vehicle and the bank account.
We’ve trusted all of our vehicles here for more than 30 years. We won’t trust anyone else!”
“Car troubles and needing a tow can be stressful but Venezuela’s Towing made it easy! They were incredibly quick and communicated perfectly! If you need a tow, use them!!!!! Stress free, easy process at a great price!”
“Needed a tow for a project truck today in Louisville and called Leo’s Towing & Recovery. Even in the rain, he got me taken care of the same day. He had a couple jobs ahead of me but still got out to me as quick as he could and kept me updated the whole time.
Super cool dude, easy to talk to, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. The price was a little higher than I originally expected, but honestly it felt fair because the service was great and he treated me right.
If I ever need a tow truck in Louisville again, I’ll definitely be calling Leo. Highly recommend.”

“I was driving along the interstate in the pouring rain and suddenly the car in front of me came to a complete stop. I had to swerve to avoid them and drove down a steep ditch and came to a stop beneath some brush. I was stuck in the mud. I called suburban towing and they came pretty quickly and sent a wonderful driver named James.. He was so patient and knowledgeable about how to get me back on the road again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing assistance with a tow. Thank you, James, for all of your hard work!”

“This business truly deserves a 5 star rating. I went in to have my mustang door fixed as I was hit an it would not close safely. I didnt have a ride home and was going to go sit at mcds not far. They got to my car ASAP. Glenda drove me to mcds offered to buy my breakfast and said she would return to pick me up when my car was ready. In a short time she returned and said my car was ready. She took me over to look at it and my door closed an they even pulled the metal back in place as much as possible. Every person I spoke to at this business made me feel very welcome. They all deserve a 5 star. This is the friendliest business I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend them. Thank you.”

“AB was a godsend. He helped me after my car hit a pothole and my tire went totally flat. I had a horrible experience with 2A Towing and Recovery who left me stranded on the side of the road and never came to help me.
Thankfully AB saved the day. He towed me to Tires Plus, got me a Diet Coke (I had left my wallet at home), and just lifted my spirits.
Being stranded on the side of road less than a mile outside of downtown Louisville in a construction zone was petrifying. I've been a AAA gold member for 24yrs (since 2002) and I couldn't be happier with JET TOWING and AB. He was a godsend, an absolute godsend. Thank you so much, brother. God Bless you.”

“I recently got my car stuck in the ice on a hillside. It was at risk of slipping off the side of a the hill. After 4 towing companies coming out to either try and give up - or just outright saying “we can’t get it”, Curtis Towing had me on the road in 10 mins. They also showed my car more respect than the other companies, which meant a lot to me. Super nice guys, and really good at what they do. Highly recommend.”

“After two tires popped on the highway outside of Frankfort, Pinky’s was able to tow me home to Louisville and recommended a 24/7 tire shop to help repair the damage. Kalebe was extremely helpful and offered to stay with us at the tireshop until fixed/we felt safe. Offered to get us food/drinks if we needed any. Kalebe was available immediately after we called him and saved us so much time and hassle. Highly recommend.”
