“Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Young man came out to try and check battery. Unfortunately some graduated at the bottom of the class at car design school and the battery placement got designed under a plastic covering associated with the washer fluid reservoir. And then decided to cover all of it with a cross member support. The young man put forth a good effort but in the end was not able to test the battery. Engineers should be required to assemble and take apart things they design.”

“I met the store manager Nick. I was a few minutes early before the store opened. He kindly asked me to leave until they officially opened at 8am. He wasn't mean about. He then came to get me promptly at 8am and escorted me to the part that I was looking for. He upped his hospitality by giving me a courtesy discount for my patience and even installed the part for me to make sure it worked. I highly recommend this location.”

“When we walked in the guy behind the counter was on the phone but he waved at us when we walked in the door. It was in the early evening just after 5:00 I believe. Turns out he was the only one there. We went in search of what we were looking for on our own. We actually found it! Once the gentleman got off the phone he immediately came over to see if he could help us. We explained why we were there and he made product recommendations and left us to make our decisions. He was friendly during checkout and asked to return. Great service from a great employee. I hope AutoZone knows what they have in this employee and values him as much as they should.”
