I’m done trying to use curbside pickup at this location. They wait until your order should be ready for pick up to call and tell you they are running behind. The clerk said it wouldn’t be ready for at least a hour, nothing definite, and they would call me. Meanwhile, I live over 20 minutes away and my daughter was about to pull into the store to pick up our groceries. This happened a month or so ago too, but she was already in a parking spot. The last time I actually picked up my groceries, 3 of my eggs were clearly broken. I denied the manager’s gift card and will just take my business to a different Kroger.

I went to this Kroger once, and it was pretty chill. I did have to sacrifice my Mom to the Chocolate Gremlins just to get some M&M's, and it made me kinda late. Bummer 👎.

Witnessed the store in total chaos no carts available for the shoppers a red head girl was bagging and asked the store manager Kris a question about getting help up front and Kris started yelling at her infront of other workers and customers making the girl cry. It was totally uncalled for. My thought was I wonder what he does and says to them when no customers are around. The restrooms are always look dirty.
My opinion is a lot of training for the store manager needs to be done and if he can't make the changes and learn how to run a store then he should get a new job. They also have some very unpleasant people working in the bakery aswell. 2/5 Mr.Chris the store manager decided to stand and intimidated a teen and make her say goodbye to her by the door sad kroger continues to let this behavior go on. Chris is also allowed to call teen girls in the office and yell at them because they witnessed him being a jerk to everyone in the store no union rep was in the office just another office lady tell me why the office lady was a witness then hugged the crying girl knowing Chris was in the wrong and could stand up for the right thing where was the rep

Store manager acts like a jerk to employees because he missed a day of vacation so he carries it out on store employees in front of customers. Im positive if one of the kids he was yelling at was talking like that to him they would have fired them. He's ( kris) in the wrong line of work

The people who work the pharmacy are nice but I was out of town for work and got home during their business hours only to find out they were closed because of poor scheduling! The customer service desk was not helpful. I had to call another Kroger to see if they were like Walmart and the script could be picked up at any location.
As far as the grocery side, a lot of their produce is NOT grade A or 1st choice. Specifically the strawberries! Avacados that are either brown on the insides within a day or that they never ripen and are like rubber! It's not a bad store for quick pickup stuff and it is clean, but I go to the Coventry Lane or to Chestnut Hills for my big shopping for better selection.

Love the fresh meat available as well as the fresh fruit and vegetables, however employees should not be sitting at the front door with their shoes off just chilling. Just my opinion 🤷

Shout out to Jason working in self checkout
Thank you for your great customer service.
With no hesitation he started bagging my groceries and helped me scan some items that I couldn’t get to scan on my own. Very helpful and so very nice! If you need help in self checkout look for Jason ?

Why is it acceptable for them to constantly put out bad produce? EVERY SINGLE TIME. Moldy fruit, brown spots in avocados, etc. The list goes on….. I understand that there have been no standards for a long time at this location. That still does not give them a pass to put out food that is dangerous for consumption.
