Emily was very kind and attentive and helpful when switching me from Verizon to T-mobile.
I had all of my questions answered promptly and the process went very smoothly in terms of the transition and getting my accounts all set up for me.
She went above and beyond to make sure I understood about different perks and discounts available and broke down everything on my bill for me so there are no hidden charges or anything I would be confused about.
