“So we were an hour and 45 minutes away from home visiting my parents in a different town, we stopped at a local Meijer store to try and get some grub for the weekend. Unfortunately, we came out to our car that didn’t start so we called for roadside assistance, I did not catch the driver’s name, but he came out confirmed the battery was not the issue, he encouraged us to call them back so we can get a tow truck and he was very honest and saying that he couldn’t stay to tow us because it wouldn’t be fair to the other drivers who could possibly catch the next call, And luck would have it he was our second driver as well, very professional and kind.
