“Excellent! I called around 9am, due to a flat tire this morning. Punctured by a nail! They told me I could bring it in and they would see if its able to be fixed. I set my appointment time for 10am. I arrived around 9:56am. My tire was off, checked, fixed, put back on and got me paid, out the door by 10:14am! Talk about customer service!!

After reading about my situation, he stepped up and helped arrange a vehicle so I could tow my grandfather’s F-100 to get the exhaust work done. I really appreciate Kasey and the rest of his team for making it right.
Original review: Not a great experience. I’ve had my Mustang and truck serviced here multiple times and have always enjoyed working with this dealership — until now.
I was contacted about a recall for non-working trailer brakes on my 2021 F-150 and scheduled a Ford Mobility visit. The morning of my appointment, I received a text saying the technician called off and they wouldn’t be able to work on my truck. After some back and forth, I explained that I needed to tow the following Monday — I’m taking my grandfather’s F-100 to a shop for exhaust work, with an appointment scheduled well in advance at a shop with a long wait list and a car hauler already rented. I asked if I could drop off my F-150 and use a loaner without the recall issue. They were unwilling.
Instead, I was told I should just risk driving the truck with a potentially non-functioning brake controller and no electric trailer brakes. When I pushed back, they refused to accept any responsibility if something happened while towing under a known recall condition — and over text, told me to take it up with Ford Corporate if there was an accident. On top of all that, they also stated there is currently no fix available, so they can’t even repair the truck regardless.
A really disappointing experience from a local hometown dealer I’ve otherwise had nothing but good things to say about.”
“I brought one of my super duty’s in to have it diagnosed after sitting in another mechanics parking lot for 2 months. Brian and his team had the issue diagnosed (bad turbo) and communicated with me the time it would take to get the part and repairs made. The repairs came on time and the truck was back into service within 2 weeks!
Can’t recommend these guys enough.”
“So I bought this 1984 International, and it came with this CB and amplifier in it. I wasn't sure if it all worked. The SWR meter wasn't working. Well, Booney basically took the cover off and cleaned & tuned it all up. Everything is now working flawlessly. He also explained how to use the amplifier as I'm a youngin and have never seen or used one!”
