“I locked my keys in my 2012 Ford Escape, in the ignition with the power in the on position, but the vehicle was not running, so the battery died, this caused the keypad to not work. WHAT AN ORDEAL!! ?I called the non-emergency sheriff number, and they referred me to three locations of locksmiths. Doug, immediately answered. He said he could be at my location in 20 minutes (on a Saturday) which was awesome! ?? He charged a super reasonable fee, then went above and beyond by charging my dead battery.I highly recommend calling only this company if you lock your keys in your older than 2020 car. “Great place to go. Stopped in just to look around and the owner was very nice. Asked if he had a certain bike on order and to my surprise said yes. He gave me plenty of time to think about my decision and didnt pressure me at all. I put a deposit on the bike and the time frame he gave me on when it was supposed to arrive was dead accurate. I didn't expect this at all because I've been screwed by Yamaha dealers before. Owner is there to make money but not screw you over. When my bike arrived he got it prepped and got me in and out quick, didnt mess around. Took my other bike in for service and they did an excellent job. Can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be going back for a R1!”

Within minutes I had a new battery installed……even in the freezing cold! Super nice guy did it! I’m sure I saved a bundle! My husband always has the dealership do it.
