AeroCare provides excellent service and care. The staff are top notch, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They help with CPAP supplies and equipment, and take the time to explain everything. The service is smooth and satisfying, making customers feel set up for success. However, some equipment, such as the oxygen tank carrier, is made of cheap materials like cardboard. Overall, AeroCare has friendly and helpful staff who make the experience excellent.

    I am so impressed with the care and efficiency with which I was treated when my portable oxygen machine was broken due to a fall. It was handled with speed to assure I had another machine promptly. THANK YOU so much!

    Especially when I want buy a different mask to try out.
