“I HAVE BEEN DOING IT WRONG. I'LL REPEAT, I HAVE BEEN DOING IT WRONG AND I HAVE I BEEN DOING IT WRONG FOR YEARS...I have been buying shoes wrong for years. Whenever I would buy shoes, I would look for the pair with the softest cushioned insole, and I would often purchase that pair a size larger because my feet would swell. If it had not been for the well-informed staff member Kelly, I would have that pain inducing mistake again. Kelly told me that whenever you buy shoes, you need to look for: a wide shoe box that has enough space for my toes to move but not a size larger- like I had been doing; you need to find one with a firm supportive insole and not the most softest because firm gives yiu support and the softest can lead to lower back pain and knee pain within a few hours of wearing them; and she also taught me that whenever I purchase shoes, I need to look for a brand that specializes in comfortable firm soles look Brooks, Orthofeet, and Dr. Comfort.
Not only did Kelly smile the entire time that she was helping me, she also was kind. She never made me feel as if I was doing anything wrong in how I was purchasing shoes, she just kindly pointed me in the direction of move comfortable shoes for my needs.
It is people like Kelly that make the world go around and with times like these- so much hate and pain being seen everywhere, the world could use more people like Kelly.
So, next time you are at Williams Bros Columbus ask for Kelly and if she isn't available, make an appointment to see her because she will worth the wait.
Thank you, Kelly, for helping me today and for teaching me how to fish.
Let's start a trend and use #InsolestarKelly each time she helps a customer.
Kelly, you rock!!!”
