Very capable, friendly and helpful people.
Corporate has too many locations that you talk to and too many numbers. I do appreciate the people, but it would be nice if there was one office that’s local to deal with.
And oh yeah, pick a name, AdaptHealth or AeroCare.

Do not get mixed up with this company. They are AdaptHealth. I have spent pretty much all of 2024 being billed for a rental service I do not have. I call and argue and they cancel the bill, only to go thru it again a few months later with a new bill. They keep saying a rental service was added and supplies were received. Neither is the case. Here we are on November and it is starting all over again.
