“Generally clean. Always seem to be able to find help in the auto section but outside of that, good luck. When I do find someone, 1 every 5, visits, they are helpful so there's that. App is generally wrong about where things are. Customer service is hit or miss on helpful.”

“This was the first time I went to a Big Lots in a long while. The last time I went to a Big Lots, the place was very messy and everything was just simply scattered everywhere. So I can definitely say it was very nice to see a store as neat as this one. I enjoyed being able to walk around most of the store and see all the items they had. The cashiers were friendly too.A simple experience and I purchased some very nice stuff for one of my dogs (only one of them because the other doesn't like anything other than just 1 specific treat that can only be found somewhere else). The reason for the -1 star is because there was a spider inside one of the little "hat-bandana" items for dogs and I think i saw another spider roaming around that area. This experience left me traumatized (just kidding). But it left me a little worried to keep looking at stuff in that section.Overall it is a great store, with a nice selection of things and it was nice to test out the couches and beds. Just beware any spiders.”

“I always like shopping at Kohl's. Was in Columbus decided to Kohl's out. Found something I wanted LED tree candles. Kohl's always has unique things. Never seen anything like these anywhere else.”
