I used to be a high end, SnapOn kind of guy but I've found Harbor Freight tools are good quality at a great price. Not dirt cheap stuff, but good quality, usable tools.

I use harbor freight for tools i can't afford the name brands on. Their quality is much better than it was years ago and much of the tools are as good as most name brands. I also buy any tools I plan to use and take to work, because tools at work can come up missing and this prevents losing my more expensive tools.
