“I had to go get chicken feed Friday, I'm moving slow, I had fell in my barn a few days before, broke two+ ribs, so I'm at the chicken feed section, a young lady by the name of Mary saw me. she came to my rescue, she picked up the two 50Lb bags of feed and put them in my cart for me and offered to help with anything else. Mary I thank you so very much, I never have needed help like this before, but you were so kind. I would like to add that I offered to pay her for helping me, she wouldn't take anything. Mary you are a fine young lady. Rual King is lucky to have you as an employee. Thank you again.”
“I went to Menards to get plywood. Asked if I could get it cut down and was told yes. Tried finding it but couldn’t. Asked again and they said they couldn’t. Decided I’d keep looking. Found someone else and they said maybe but actually knew where. Directed me to a saw that couldn’t cut it. Called Lowes and was listening to a pre recorded message for 5 minutes…. Called Bender Lumber and the phone rang for maybe 5 seconds where all my questions were answered. Showed up and Kyle asked me what I needed the materials for. He helped me buy the most economical product and cut it all down to fit in my car. Friendly conversations with friendly people. First time there and I’ll be back.”
“I hope Lowes in Columbus Indiana realizes what an asset they have working in the Flooring dept. I have visited this store several times last week picking up needed supplies for our remodel. This isn't my area of expertise so I was lost. Chris approached me right away and helped me pick out the perfect flooring, also, the needed supplies to install it. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything and never made me feel rushed. My husband and I returned a few days later needing paint. The associate in that dept was on lunch. Chris came to the rescue once again and was just as knowledgeable about paint. I've never had such a wonderful experience and will be getting all our remodel supplies at this store! Menards is much closer but I could never get help and when I would track down an associate, they had no clue about how to help me. I will drive passed Menards with a smile on my way to Lowes!
