“Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful . I really enjoyed their "pet ambassador " Trip. It fun to see him and be able to pet him. You cannot go wrong staying here.”

“This was the best hotel we stayed in our entire trip. Friendly staff and very clean. We had to stay an extra night due to storms and it was so easy thanks to the front desk people. The 3 front desk staff that were there were friendly and accommodating.Nearby activities: Downtown Columbus looks like a neat town with an activity area for kids.Noteworthy details: Pool area was very nice with a hot tub. Also has an outdoor basketball court and a grill in the courtyard. We had a 2 room suite with kitchen and living room area. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils.”

“Bed bugs! Notified front desk and they were aware of the problem and showed me documentation about them “working on it”.Asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere. I still haven’t received my refund.”

“Comfortable, clean room. Great price point. Off interstate 65. Close to eateries. The reason for a 4 is because the room isnt fresh looking. It has carpet. The curtain is falling. Ample parking. Front desk clerk was professional.”

“Rented a room at 10 am told won't be ready until 3pm showed up at 4pm to check in checked the room bed bugs went and told clerk he swaped rooms second rooms was worse than the first ask for a refund was told the clerk had no way of contacting the manager to issue refund. And was told that if I didn't leave that he would call the police on me for creating a disturbance. Idk about any other company's but it dosent seem like a good business dynamic to not allow employees to contact management to handle simple refunds. Update returned the next morning at 10am to talk to manager to get a refund was told the pictures I showed him was not proof of bugs the same pictures i have posted here and beacuse I wrote a bad review he refused to give me a refund.”
