“I stayed here in May 2026. The facility and rooms were very nice and, honestly, better than I expected.
BUT MORE THAN THAT:
I accidentally left some clothing items in a bag in the room, and when I called the next day, they sent me pictures to identify my items. The SAME day they mailed them to me priority mail, only charging my CC the exact postal charge. And, then, they followed up via text to make sure I received the package.
This was so far and above any service I have received from a hotel in YEARS, and I will happily return when I am in that area again.”
“I reserved several rooms for actors and crew during the filming of Micronation (filmed in Franklin, Trafalgar and Morgantown) and they all had nothing but great things to say about the Hampton Inn & Suites in Franklin. Every person said the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy. The location was great for our people. Convenient location by the interstate for easy access to and from the airport and also close enough to downtown Franklin that one of our actresses used the walking trails to explore the local stores downtown. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Franklin.”
“This hotel is conveniently located off I65 on the south side of Indianapolis. The location avoids the busy traffic of the city and seems like a convenient area for lodging with restaurants and stores nearby.
Room was clean. Staff was quick and friendly. Workout area is 24 hours. About what you’d expect from a Marriott-brand property.

“I'm not going to leave a bad review because it was not fault of owner or management really but someone did steal my triple ball hitch during the night even though I was backed into my spot putting the hitch closest to the room door so the thieves are brave to say the least!”

I had unique situation and they were so very understanding and helpful and that is what will bring me back! The prices are reasonable too! “This is an absolutely amazing hotel. If I could I’d give them a 10 star. They have a restaurant and bar right there in hotel. We didn’t eat at restaurant due to food allergy but we did get drinks at bar in the evening. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. We used the fitness center and everything worked as it should. We also used the hot tub in the pool area. Pool area had plenty of towels and area was very clean. Kudos to the staff for a job well done. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.”
