“I just wanted to share my experience with Nate , in Columbus, Indiana. My mother who is 90 came into the store, very upset, confused thinking she could take her cell phone to any store to have it looked at and fixed if needed. Her cell phone was not even one from AT&T however, Nate took the time to fix the phone so that it worked before he did this My mother was actually ready to buy a new phone from Him and sign up for a plan if necessary. Because he knew she was upset with her phone ,instead of taking advantage of her and selling her something, she probably did not need he contacted myself and my brother we explained things to her. He fixed her phone, which was not an AT&T phone. he did not make a sale that day, but He demonstrated the ethical integrity that often these days we do not see. Nate deserves kudos/ a reward of excellence/ or some type of Bonis for going above and beyond.”

“Just left the Verizon store again today after buying a new iPhone 17 from Erin yesterday. He got me all set up. It was a struggle transferring my data from my old iPhone because of so much to transfer. Remarkable young man. Thanks Erin. The reason for the visit today was assistance with a couple things I couldn’t figure out. Today Jacob helped me and got all my questions answered and helped me with paring several devices.
